A single mother, apparently facing hard times and a difficult divorce, was caught shoplifting baby supplies from a West Virginia K-Mart. Rather than arrest her, some local police officers decided to surprise her with a touching gift. K-Mart was not as kind. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian discuss.
